Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects, manage client relationships, and oversee the design team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in conceptualizing and executing innovative interior spaces that align with client needs, project budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design Leadership
Develop and present creative design concepts and solutions for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
Lead all phases of the design process, including conceptualization, space planning, material selection, and final implementation.
Ensure design quality, innovation, and adherence to project goals.

2. Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Oversee project documentation, including design drawings, schedules, and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

3. Client Engagement
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their vision, needs, and feedback.
Conduct presentations, site visits, and regular progress updates with clients.
Address and resolve client concerns effectively and professionally.

4. Team Supervision
Mentor and guide junior designers and interns, fostering their growth and development.
Assign tasks, review work, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Promote a collaborative and creative work environment.

5. Industry Expertise
Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.
Maintain knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Identify and source materials, furniture, and finishes to meet design requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading projects.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and materiality.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certification (e.g., NCIDQ, LEED) is a plus.
