Core Skills & Experience:
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate effectively, and foster a collaborative work environment
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong understanding of landscape architecture principles, including site analysis, plant selection, grading, drainage, hardscaping, and irrigation.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, landscape design software).
• Experience with project budgeting, cost estimation, and contract negotiation.
• Understanding of business development, client relations, project management and marketing strategies.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present design concepts to clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Managing a portfolio of projects from inception to completion.
• Documentation of projects, tracking progress, and ensuring of client satisfaction.

• Conduct site visits and oversee construction
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and business proposals.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to the long-term growth and success of the company.
• Leverage your professional network and industry connections for referrals.
• Industry Events & Conferences: Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential candidates.
• University & College Career Centers: Connect with landscape architecture programs at local universities and colleges.
