*Job Description:*
- Drawing detailing, Finding out BOQ from drawings, Rate analysis for tender purposes.
- Handling negotiations with suppliers, Rate analysis and comparison.
- Procurement of construction material at best rates.
- Chasing bills with clients for payment.
- Pushing site staff to follow up for bills on regular basis.
- Pushing site staff to submit bills on time.
- Taking regular DPR from all sites.- May need to visit site time to time for mobilising/checking purposes or if need be.
