We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Odoo (both Community and Enterprise editions), solid Python development skills, and hands-on experience with module customization, integration, and deployment. As a senior developer, you will play a key role in requirement gathering, technical design, development, mentoring junior developers, and leading end-to-end ERP implementations.

5+ years of experience in Odoo development (Community & Enterprise)

Strong proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

In-depth knowledge of Odoo frameworks, ORM, QWeb, and OWL

Experience with PostgreSQL and performance tuning

Good understanding of core Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.

Hands-on experience with Odoo Studio, workflows, and automated actions

Familiar with Git and version control systems

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
