Job Description
- 2 - 3 years of operation management experience and basic handle petty cash
- Experience in any industries (preferable in construction/building industry)
- Any industry store management or similar experience
- Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers & Labor management and employee coordination
- Language English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil required speak and read.
- Posses a working knowledge in Microsoft office ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience of managing a office, admin managers & labor
- Reliable, punctual , strong work ethic
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in operations software and tools
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements
