Job Description

Job Title: Senior Process Associate

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: Responsible for developing and optimizing processes for producing organic fertilizers. This role requires expertise in chemical engineering, process design, and scaling up production processes.

Qualifications:

Education:

 Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

Experience:

 Minimum of 7 years in process development and engineering, preferably in biostimulants or fertilizers.

 Experience in scaling up chemical processes.

Skills:

 Strong knowledge of chemical engineering and process design.

 Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience with seaweed processing.

 Knowledge of biostimulants and fertilizer industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Development:

 Develop and optimize chemical processes for organic fertilizers

 Design and conduct experiments to improve process efficiency and product quality.

 Lead the scale-up of processes from laboratory to commercial scale.

 Maintain detailed process documentation and collaborate with production teams.

Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:

 Prepare documentation for regulatory approvals.

 Establish and maintain quality control protocols.
