Job Description

JOB TITLE: Senior Process Executive

ROLE: Position to be based in Noida. The role involves the following key activities:

Refer to the healthcare vendor notes, open the records to check the details and update the requested information in system

Calling: Make a follow up call for missing information and answer to provider/vendor’s queries

Check transaction for quality assurance

EXPEREINCE / QUALIFICATION / SKILLS / TRAITS

Graduates with preferably 1 to 3 years of overall experience with minimum 1 year of voice experience of Healthcare industry.

Basic MS Excel and MS Office skills

Methodical, process oriented approach to analytical and technical problem solving

Exceptional attention to detail

Must Operate with urgency, focus and discipline in a deadline driven environment

Proactive Team Player

REPORTING TO: Team Leader

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:

Graduate with 1 to 3 years of overall BPO experience

Minimum Typing Speed of 30 WPM

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/PERSONALITY TRAITS:

Good verbal and written communication skills with fluent English

Ability to prioritize work Service excellence oriented

Proactive team player
