Our teams at Walmart Center of Business Excellence in Chennai are looking for talented Senior Resolution Coordinator to join us and power the world’s largest retailer. If you're an experienced professional with relevant customer services skills, we have a diverse range of positions awaiting you.
Exp range: 6 months to 4 years of relevant experience in international customer service roles.
Important note: In this role, you may be asked to switch between any support channel of phone, chat, and Email based on the business requirements. You should be flexible to work in a 24/7 work environment with rotating weekly time off and be able to work in permanent night shifts or any assigned shifts on a rotational basis based on business needs.
Note :
- Full time graduation is required (No Diploma)
- If you have already attended, you can reapply again after 6 months.
