Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior RMC Sales Executive to drive sales, build long-term relationships with clients, and expand market reach in the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, construction materials, and client relationship management, with proven expertise in achieving sales targets.

Needed 7-10Years of Experiences

Preferred - RMC Sales

1. Business development in the defined area.

2. New Customer acquisition and market analysis

3. Identifying opportunities in the existing customer base for improving business potential

4. Relationship management with customers

5. Delivery of revenue targets

6. Payment collection on time

7. Managing customer service and related issues

8. Negotiation skills

9. Understanding of account statements, reconciliation process etc.

10. Having minimum of 4 years’ experience in RMC sales

11. Preparing MIS and sending to management on weekly basis

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and government agencies.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their RMC requirements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on selecting the right mix for projects.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering quality service and prompt solutions.

3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Suggest pricing strategies and product enhancements based on market demand.
  • Stay updated on government regulations, industry standards, and project developments.

4. Sales Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handle customer complaints, service issues, and post-sales support.
