We have hiring for Senior Sales Executive

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi.

Requirements:

Help plan and manage the budget for the co-working space, marketing activities, and member engagement activities.
To generate leads from given database & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
Understand the target companies- business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate our value proposition at the executive level.
Develop and implement best practices in their market to maximize lead generation, prospecting, pipeline creation and conversion rates across industries
Outside the box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics
Maintain a high level of knowledge of our offerings while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends.
Use a variety of marketing channels to reach your target audiences, including inbound marketing, referral marketing, lead creation, and customer reviews.
Working on Targets and Budgets.
Planning the Financials of the team, planning the Targets for a team and making the team achieving the targets as well as working on personal targets and Closures.
Conduct Sales Meetings with clients.
Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
Create Sales Pitch and Materials.
Work on sales scripts with agent.
Keep Track of Communication with Clients.
Work With Managing Director on Marketing Plan.
