Job Description
- 8 + years of relevant work experience required on the following technologies- -Citrix Cloud, Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Servers and Client OS, FSLogix Profiles, Citrix App Layering, MCS and PVS, Control UP Monitoring,.
- - Administration of application deployment, Security Patches, and period maintenance via Azure, Citrix MCS, Citrix App Layering, etc.
- - Hands on Citrix migration, infra upgrade & deployment of POC as per project requirements.
- - Follow and support IT business processes including Incident management, change management, Problem management.
- - Good to have knowledge on disaster recovery and business continuity.
- - Providing L3 level Citrix support.
- - Writing and updating documentation and media content.
- - Good understanding on compliance with hands on experience on Citrix server maintenance, Patching tools like sccm etc.
- - Experience about integration of 3rd party systems or applications required to support the business.
