Job Description

A Senior telecaller officer is responsible for managing a customer database, communicating with clients. They may also be involved in loan recovery and collections.

Responsibilities:-
Customer Service : Identify customer needs and provide solution.
Reporting: Report on collection activity.
Loan Recovery: Recover loans and collect payment.

Follow up on customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong sales and persuasive skills.
