Key Responsibilities
1. On-Page SEO Support

Assist in optimizing website content including meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, image alt tags, and URL structures.

Conduct basic content audits to identify areas for improvement and SEO alignment.

Help in formatting and structuring blogs and web pages to meet SEO standards (e.g., readability, internal linking, keyword placement).
2. Keyword Research and Strategy

Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

Identify new keyword opportunities and long-tail keywords to target.

Assist in mapping keywords to appropriate pages and content pieces.
3. Content Optimization

Collaborate with content writers and editors to ensure content is optimized for SEO.

Review and update older content to improve search visibility and relevance.

Suggest SEO-friendly blog topics based on trending keywords and competitor analysis.
4. Off-Page SEO and Link Building

Support the team in executing link-building strategies, including outreach for guest posting and backlinks.

Research and identify backlink opportunities on blogs, forums, and directories.

Track backlinks and assist in analyzing their impact on rankings.
5. SEO Audits and Reporting

Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyze traffic and performance.

Generate weekly/monthly SEO reports and provide insights into traffic sources, bounce rates, and keyword rankings.

Monitor and report issues like crawl errors, indexing problems, and mobile usability.
6. Competitor and Market Analysis

Conduct basic competitor SEO analysis to understand their keyword strategy and backlinks.

Monitor SEO trends and algorithm updates and suggest adjustments to the strategy as needed.
7. Learning and Development

Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices.

Participate in internal training sessions, webinars, or online SEO courses if provided.
