Job Description Desktop support Engineer-
- Required field engineers who is having laptop & desktop hardware knowledge and basic idea about Servers.
- Administration, maintenance & Troubleshooting of Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and Windows 10 clients
- Candidate must have minimum 6 months filed experience.
- Hardware replacement for Desktop, Laptop and All in one machines.
- Provide 2nd level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Update customer data and produce activity reports
- Walk customers through problem solving process
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
- Installing & Maintaining 3rd Party Software’s like Microsoft Office, etc.
- Monitoring Local Area Network for any Network related issues.
- Desktop, Laptop and Workstation troubleshooting and Maintenance.
- Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues.
- Attending Escalations and activity in Field.
- Need excellent comm skills hands on 2-year experience on windows server/AD/Networking/DNS/DHCP is a must. Work on active directory. Generate logsRaid configuration. Mail configuration in Gmail & outlook express. Experience of server hardware troubleshooting related issues on the server.Storage on Server.
