Job Title: Service Advisor
Job Location: Hosa Road, HSR layout and Banergetta Road
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs.
- Provide detailed information about services and products.
- Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers regarding service status.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and invoices.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Delivering vehicle on Time and feedback
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a service advisor or similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of automotive repair and service procedures.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
