Job Description
- Significant OSS Design / Architecture background in a telecoms environment with 10-13 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of telecom industry, relevant technical architecture, and industry standards, for example: eTOM/TAM.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Telecom Product/Technology viz MLPS/ IP VPN, Ethernet, Broadband, SD-WAN etc
- Solid experience in service assurance/fault management processes and platforms, preferably EMC SMARTS, Netcool and InfoVista
- Proven experience in creating working solutions addressing customer requirements in OSS/Service Assurance.
- Leading the Service Assurance Solution holistic design across enterprise products and multiple domains including, Interfaces, Business Processes, and Functionality.
- Share and communicate end-to-end solutions (orally and in writing) to executives, business sponsors, and technical resources in a clear and concise manner that is in the vernacular of each group.
- Responsible to prepare HLS (High Level Solution) document accepted and approved by the Customer
- Guide various product experts and Business Annalists with regard to the architecture.
- Provide ongoing feedback to product management for the delivery of best practices.
