Job Description
1.Client Relationship Management
Key Responsibilities:
Service Management & Delivery:

Oversee end-to-end service delivery to ensure high standards and efficiency.

Define and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Monitor service performance and proactively address any issues.

Ensure timely resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests.
Client Relationship Management:

Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding service-related concerns.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Gather client feedback and implement service improvements accordingly.

Provide regular service performance reports and updates to clients.
Team Leadership & Resource Management:

Lead and mentor service teams, including support engineers and service desk agents.

Allocate resources effectively to meet client demands and service targets.

Conduct training and upskilling programs to enhance team competencies.

Foster a customer-focused culture within the service team.
Process Improvement & Compliance:

Identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency and quality.

Implement best practices and frameworks such as ITIL, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and security standards.

Develop and maintain documentation for service processes and workflows.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze service metrics to improve overall delivery.

Generate reports on SLA compliance, incident resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.
