Education: Diploma /ITI

Experience: Fresher (0–1 year experience)

Strong understanding of mechanical systems and hydraulic components.

Basic knowledge of engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Setup:
-
Install, configure, and commission [products/equipment] at customer sites.

Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements to ensure the correct installation.
-
Ensure all installations meet company standards and safety regulations.
-

Maintenance and Repair:
-
Provide regular maintenance services for the company’s products and systems.
-
Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, identifying root causes and offering efficient solutions.
-
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all systems are functioning optimally.
-
Keep detailed logs of maintenance activities and repairs for records.
-

Customer Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during service calls and provide high-quality customer support.
-
Respond to customer complaints and inquiries professionally, aiming for timely resolution.
-
Train customers on product operation and maintenance, ensuring they are equipped to use the equipment safely and efficiently.

Technical Assistance:
-
Provide on-site technical assistance, diagnostics, and support for customers experiencing issues with products/equipment.
-
Offer technical advice and solutions to customer problems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including work performed, parts replaced, and customer feedback.
-
Prepare and submit service reports, including detailed descriptions of work performed and recommendations for future service needs.

Ensure that all service documentation is compliant with company guidelines and regulatory standards.

Inventory Management:

Maintain an inventory of necessary tools, equipment, and spare parts for efficient service delivery.
-
Ensure that all required materials and components are available before visiting a service site.

Report on stock levels and assist with inventory management to prevent shortages.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all services provided are of the highest quality and comply with industry standards and regulations.

Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills to keep up with the latest advancements in products and services.

Collaboration with Teams:

Work closely with the customer support and engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer issues.

Provide feedback to management regarding customer feedback and potential improvements in products or services.

Travel and Flexibility:

Travel to customer locations as required, often on short notice, to perform installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.

Be available for emergency on-call support, especially if issues arise outside of normal working hours.
