Job Description

We are looking for Service Engineer for Wireless devices who are capable of pcb soldering works. Must be visiting clients site for various service related issues. Must have minimum knowledge in wireless field. Servicing of walkie talkies.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of Electrical & Electronics Panels & Equipment

2. Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs ,to understand the Electrical Diagrams

3. Do PCB Board level Debugging & Repairs

4. Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location

5. Provide on-site training to the customers

6. Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales

7. Develop Service technical documentation
