Job Description
Surya Electronics' Authorized Partner of RDSO-Approved Company for Indian Railway Signaling Products & Development' is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic equipment issues.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of electronic devices.
- Install and configure new equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and repair techniques.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Electronics or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
