Job Description
We are hiring peoples who can work passionately and dedicatedly as service technician in our water purifier company. Training will be providing from company side. 2 wheeler and licence mandatory. Salary+ incentives will be providing.

1. Installation & Maintenance

Install RO, UV, and other water purification systems at customer locations.

Perform regular maintenance, filter replacements, and system cleaning.

Ensure proper testing and calibration of water purifiers after installation.
2. Troubleshooting & Repairs
-
Diagnose and repair leaks, pump failures, and electrical issues in water purifiers.

Replace faulty components like filters, membranes, and motors.

Provide on-site troubleshooting and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Customer Support & Education
-
Explain usage, maintenance tips, and service schedules to customers.

Address customer complaints and provide technical support.

Maintain a professional and friendly approach during service visits.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Keep records of service calls, repairs, and customer feedback.

Report daily work updates to the service manager or supervisor.

Ensure all services comply with company standards and guidelines.
