Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyse business demands on control automation, GRC technology needs etc. and translate them into features and stories and follow them up until implementation
Support the existing GRC technology programme on documentation, platform regression testing, quality controls and license reconciliation and optimisation
Support the GRC Service Owner who are in daily contact with the first line, to provide training, demo and support them in their on-boarding on GRC platform .
Analyse first line usage of IRM and look for opportunities to reinforce this, in collaboration with the team of our customer and stakeholder
Support the GRC Service Owner, who is the GRC technology Product Owner for the IRM programme by providing content and status update
Introduce and encourage automation and enhanced reporting to increase efficiency.
Defining the vision, strategy and roadmap for the longer term GRC technology running mode and working towards its implementation

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Technology as well as financial regulatory compliance requirement
Strong knowledge of GRC technology primarily ServiceNow IRM, others good to have
Proficient skills in Risk Management, performance metrics and reporting, technical problem resolution and vendor risk management.
Experience in enterprise risk governance, driving best practices and continuous improvement processes across diverse businesses.
Effective engagement with external consulting skill
Proficient in vision, strategy and roadmap design
ServiceNow development knowledge – Client script, UI policies, business rules , view rules, UI builder
ServiceNow IRM functional knowledge – End to end workflow knowledge of audit and policy and compliance module; knowledge of IRM master data and the use of the master data in the workflow
ServiceNow IRM development knowledge – Expert knowledge on IRM workspace (audit and compliance) , this is the UI for all IRM users so the developer must be expert in building dashboards , charts and new Client script, UI policies, business rules , view rules, UI builder in the workspace

A minimum experience of 5 years is mandatory. Experience range is between 5-10 years.
