Job Description

L3 Operations support for ServiceNow CMDB and discovery
Optimize discovery configuration and new discovery solution implementation.
Adjust discovery schedule to ensure data discovered conform to PayPal asset data requirement, at the same time, optimize the schedule to ensure discovery won’t impact PayPal ServiceNow production instance performance.
CMDB Business operations ticket queue and handling.
Engage with other support teams and resolve the issues identified.
CMDB Health and data completeness improvement & Metrics
Discovery auditing support and analysis
Coordinate with Stakeholders and external teams for the operational issues/tickets and take them to resolution.
Acknowledgement and follow-up to closure for various discovery operational activities
