- Candidate should possess minimum 4+yrs of Experience in Salesforce Administration.
- Automate business process using Workflows, Process Builder and Flows.
- Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues working with diverse user groups.
- Complex data maintenance using data loader, data import wizard and other mass data manipulation tools.
- Maintenance of different sandboxes.
- Assist internal users in creating complex reports and dashboards.
- Strong experience with salesforce data sharing system (Profile, Role, Permission sets, Sharing Rules etc.)
- Deployment using change set and perform post deployment activities.
Key Skills: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
