Job Title: Share Market Executive

Department: Trading/Investment

Location: Indore

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Share Market Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the stock market, trading platforms, and investment strategies. This role involves managing share transactions, monitoring market trends, and providing actionable insights to clients or internal teams to maximize returns.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Market Analysis:
- Track market trends, stock movements, and news that affect the stock market.
- Perform technical and fundamental analysis on stocks to identify investment opportunities.
- Provide daily/weekly market reports and updates to the team or clients.
Trade Execution:
- Execute buy/sell orders on the trading platform as per clients' or company’s requirements.
- Ensure that all trades are executed in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with personalized stock market recommendations and investment advice.
- Address client queries related to stock trading, market trends, and portfolio performance.
Risk Management:
- Monitor and mitigate risks in stock positions by following company risk management protocols.
- Suggest investment strategies that align with clients' risk tolerance and financial goals.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth research on individual stocks, sectors, and market indices.
- Prepare reports on market conditions, investment opportunities, and performance analysis.
Portfolio Management Support:
- Assist in managing client portfolios and ensure appropriate diversification based on client preferences and risk appetite.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Certification(s) like NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) may be preferred.
Experience:
- 6 month –3 years of experience in share market trading or related financial roles.
- Experience with trading platforms and financial tools is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial markets, stocks, and trading strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Proficiency in using financial software, trading platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
