Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Interpret and understand engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Provide technical advice to contractors and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project costs and budgets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Supervise and manage construction sites to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes.
  • Perform site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Prepare and submit site reports, construction schedules, and project updates.
  • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise on site.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and address any arising issues.
  • Ensure all materials used and work performed is in accordance with the specifications.
