Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in construction, project coordination skills, and the ability to solve on-site challenges efficiently.

Conduct valuations for residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties for purposes such as loan applications, mortgages, asset management, and more.
Perform thorough inspections of properties, both externally and internally. Document condition, special features, and any issues impacting valuation.
Stay updated on local property trends, conduct comparative market analysis, and study zoning regulations, recent sales, and other influencing factors.
Draft comprehensive and well-structured valuation reports, detailing methodology, findings, and market rationale.
Gather, organize, and analyze property-related data including title documents, sanctioned plans, encumbrance records, etc.

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of construction, structural engineering, and materials.
