Job Description

Well versed with site survey and checking. Well versed with site drawing. Take care of stock. Follow up with vendors. Take care of site inventory and purchases. Report to management on any deviation on regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Survey & Drawing Interpretation:

Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure project feasibility.
Interpret and implement site drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Identify discrepancies in drawings and suggest necessary adjustments.

Stock & Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage site inventory, stock levels, and material usage.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
Keep accurate records of purchases, stock inflow, and consumption.

Vendor Coordination & Procurement:

Follow up with vendors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Negotiate pricing and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Verify material quality and compliance with project requirements.

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure the site complies with safety regulations and construction guidelines.
Identify and report any deviations from government regulations or project plans.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

Site Supervision & Coordination:

Work closely with contractors, laborers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
Oversee on-site execution and quality control.
Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve them efficiently.
