Key Responsibilities:
Site Inspections:

- Evaluate the condition, quality, and compliance of properties based on predetermined criteria and industry standards.
- Document findings, observations, and measurements accurately using standardized inspection forms and reporting tools.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that properties comply with relevant regulatory requirements, zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Identify any discrepancies or non-compliance issues during inspections and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
Risk Assessment:
- Assess risks associated with properties and assets, including factors such as structural integrity, safety hazards, environmental contamination, and market conditions.
- Provide recommendations and mitigation strategies to address identified risks and concerns.
- Client Communication:
- Communicate inspection findings, reports, and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests related to site inspections promptly and professionally.
