Job Description

As a Site Supervisor - Interior, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to interior construction and renovation projects at various sites in Tamilnadu. You will ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Willing to travel.

Job Summary

A Site Supervisor - Interior is responsible for overseeing interior design and fit-out projects, ensuring quality workmanship, timely execution, and adherence to project specifications. They coordinate with designers, contractors, and laborers to ensure smooth site operations and high-quality interior finishes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Project Execution

Oversee daily on-site activities related to interior construction and finishing.
Ensure interior design plans and specifications are followed accurately.
Monitor installation of furniture, fixtures, flooring, and other design elements.
Ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

2. Team Coordination & Labor Management

Supervise carpenters, painters, electricians, and other site workers.
Assign tasks and monitor work progress.
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and project managers.

3. Quality Control & Safety Compliance

Ensure high-quality workmanship in all interior finishing tasks.
Conduct site inspections to check materials and workmanship standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
Identify and resolve on-site issues and defects.

4. Material Management & Vendor Coordination

Oversee the delivery and proper usage of materials.
Maintain inventory of materials and tools on-site.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely material supply.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily progress reports and update management on work status.
Document site issues, delays, and resolutions.
Ensure proper documentation of project handovers and client approvals.
