We have many sites and it needs supervisor in each site to check at site and to see the workers that they are working properly or not. See that the workers are working or not supervise them and supervise the site. See the things at site that nobody is stealing and taking check every labour before they are leaving check every thing at site.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities

Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Manage and allocate resources effectively

Liaise with contractors, workers, and engineers

Resolve site-related issues and conflicts

Conduct site inspections and audits

Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment
