Site Supervisor Job Description:-

Managing workflow: Assigning tasks, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management
Supporting staff: Providing guidance, identifying development needs, and coaching and mentoring other employees
Communicating: Relaying information between their team and upper management
Improving processes: Reviewing and improving processes to contribute to the efficiency of their department
Setting targets: Setting targets for their teams
Training new employees: Orienting new employees to the routines of the operation
Interpreting company policies: Interpreting company policies on workers
Recommending personnel actions: Recommending or initiating personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures
And Other work As per management.
