Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Social Media and Web Manager to build, manage, and grow our brands online presence, create high-quality content, and develop strategic partnerships to scale our business globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Website & E-Commerce Store Management:
Build and maintain the company's website (Shopify or custom platform).
Optimize website SEO, page speed, and mobile-friendliness.
Regularly update product listings, descriptions, and promotions.
Publish 2-4 SEO-optimized blogs per month on health, wellness, and supplement benefits.
Ensure smooth integration and updates across multiple sales platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.).
Social Media & Content Creation:
Develop a content calendar and create a minimum of:
40-50 content pieces per month, including:
8-10 videos (short-form & long-form for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
30-40 high-quality images (product shots, lifestyle content, infographics)
10+ engaging text posts for Reddit, Quora, and blogs
Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Reddit, and Quora.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community engagement.
Implement viral content strategies and trends to increase organic reach.
E-Commerce Content Optimization & Listings:
Create, optimize, and manage product listings for:
Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other online platforms.
Write compelling product descriptions with SEO-driven content.
Design enhanced product pages (Amazon A+ Content, Walmart Rich Media, etc.).
Research and implement best practices for increasing conversion rates and rankings.
SEO & Digital Marketing:
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies for website and e-commerce listings.
Optimize Pinterest SEO for long-term organic traffic growth.
Answer relevant questions on Quora, Reddit, and niche forums to increase brand authority.
Monitor and improve organic reach using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
Paid Advertising & Performance Tracking:
Set up and manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads for brand reach and sales.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, captions, and landing pages.
Track performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and TikTok Creator Studio.
Research and build relationships with influencers (U.S. & international markets) to expand brand awareness.
Retail & International Expansion Strategy:
Research and reach out to retailers (Costco, Target, Whole Foods, etc.) for potential partnerships.
Identify and develop relationships with international distributors to enter new markets.
Find opportunities to list products in global marketplaces (e.g., UAE, Malaysia, Indonesia, Europe).
Email Marketing & Lead Generation:
Develop and execute email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, abandoned cart recovery).
Use Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or Klaviyo for email automation.
Grow and segment the email subscriber list to improve customer engagement.
Requirements:
Go-getter attitude
Must have a sink-or-swim mentality and be ready to take ownership.
Proven experience in social media growth, content creation, and website management.
Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and Quora.
Strong graphic design & video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
Experience with SEO & digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Yoast SEO).
Ability to create and run paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Ads).
Strong communication skills & English proficiency.
Experience in business outreach & B2B partnerships is a plus.
