Job Description

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

Develop and implement creative social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.

Content Creation & Management

Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos, and infographics) across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.

Write compelling captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions to drive engagement.

Engagement & Community Building

Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.

Foster online relationships with influencers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints through social media channels.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and prepare detailed reports.

Use insights to refine strategies and optimize content for better performance.

Advertising & Campaign Management

Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

Monitor ad performance and adjust campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar for scheduling and analytics.

Strong understanding of social media advertising and SEO principles.

Skills

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box for engaging content.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple campaigns.
