Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand's goals and values.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage and grow our follower base.
Content Creation:
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design team to produce graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content creation.
Community Management:
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and interactive online community, encouraging user-generated content and brand advocacy.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Brand Collaboration:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other brand ambassadors to expand our reach.
- Coordinate social media partnerships and campaigns with relevant stakeholders.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement and sales.
- Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the fashion or textile industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
