Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a clear social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.

Identify the best platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) for brand positioning.

Plan monthly calendars for posts, stories, and campaigns in coordination with the design/content team.
Content Creation & Publishing

Write engaging captions and copy for social media posts.

Coordinate with designers, video editors, and photographers to produce high-quality content.

Post and schedule content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.

Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms.
Community Engagement

Respond to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Encourage user-generated content and foster positive online relationships.

Monitor customer feedback, resolve issues, and escalate complaints to relevant departments if needed.
Analytics & Reporting

Track performance of posts, stories, reels, and campaigns using native analytics and third-party tools.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports with key KPIs like reach, engagement, followers, CTR, and conversions.

Analyze what works, suggest improvements, and adapt content strategy accordingly.
Campaign & Promotion Management

Plan and execute paid ad campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

Collaborate with influencers or content creators for campaigns, giveaways, or brand promotions.

Stay updated with platform algorithms, content trends, and industry benchmarks.
Market Research & Trend Analysis

Keep an eye on competitor activity and social trends.

Experiment with new formats (reels, shorts, stories, lives, polls, carousels).

Suggest innovative content ideas to increase visibility and engagement.
