We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence and drive engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company’s social media strategies to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and create platform-specific content strategies.
- Conduct competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Content Creation & Management:
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams for multimedia production, including images, videos, and infographics.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules.
3. Engagement & Community Management:
- Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with influencers and industry professionals.
- Monitor user-generated content and engage with brand advocates.
4. Analytics & Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and use insights to refine strategies.
- Monitor trends and changes in algorithms to adjust tactics.
5. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media ad campaigns to meet objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, or sales.
- Optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
6. Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s voice, tone, and guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Creative writing and storytelling skills.
- Analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting.
- Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
