Job Description

1. Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and drive lead generation across multiple platforms.

2. Manage and optimize Accretion Aviation's social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and timely content creation and posting.
3. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target audience preferences, and industry best practices, using the insights to inform content creation and campaign planning.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and visually appealing social media content, including graphics, videos, and articles, to captivate the target audience and increase brand awareness.
5. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns, gauge audience sentiment, and identify areas for improvement, using the data to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, news, and algorithms in social media and digital marketing, sharing insights and recommendations to continually enhance Accretion Aviation's online presence and drive meaningful engagement.
