Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. *Social Media Management:*
- Assist in the management of Lille Barn's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging and visually appealing content to promote our brand.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community.

2. *Content Creation:*
- Develop creative and on-brand content, including graphics, images, and videos.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Write compelling captions and utilize relevant hashtags to increase reach and engagement.

3. *Logistics Operations:*
- Assist in coordinating product logistics, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

4. *New Product Sourcing:*
- Research and identify potential new products to expand our product line.
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to source innovative baby lifestyle products.

*Qualifications:*

- A passion for social media and a strong understanding of various platforms.
- Creative thinking and an eye for detail in content creation.
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations and market research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
