Job Description

Our company is seeking to hire a skilled software developer to help with the development of our current projects. Your duties will primarily revolve around building software by writing code, as well as modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces. You will also be involved in directing system testing and validation procedures, and also working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.

Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA
Experience: 1 – 2 years
Salary: 20000 to 25000

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Design and Development

Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain reliable and efficient code based on the defined specifications.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or others depending on the project needs.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to software design decisions.

2. Testing and Debugging

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in system testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
Debug and troubleshoot software issues reported by QA teams or end users.
Optimize software performance and resolve bottlenecks in code or architecture.

3. Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
Work with QA teams to ensure quality standards are met through automated and manual testing.
Attend project meetings and contribute to planning, estimations, and sprint reviews.
Provide regular updates to project managers and team leads on progress and potential roadblocks.

4. Maintenance and Support

Maintain and improve existing software systems by monitoring performance, correcting bugs, and upgrading code as necessary.
Provide technical support to end-users and assist in troubleshooting software-related problems.
Ensure all software changes are properly documented and version-controlled.

5. Continuous Learning and Improvement

Stay up-to-date with the latest programming trends, technologies, and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and give constructive feedback to peers.
Identify areas of improvement in existing development processes and propose solutions.
