Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Big data tech & full stack development
- DB performance - Vertica, Redshift, Cassandra, etc.
- API integration with Google, Facebook, Appnexus, etc. to get data for analysis
- Assist in improving UI of dashboards, etc. that are being built on Backbone. Js framework
- Improve existing algorithms for alerting and recommendations
- AdServing tech
- Mobile application dev for dashboards & alerts

About Big Data Programmatic Ad Tech Startup: We are an early stage start-up building a big data/machine learning product in the cutting edge programmatic advertising space from scratch. We are in stealth-mode and the product is in private beta with a bunch of marquee brands in India. So you will not find a lot of information about us out there.
The founders are NIT & IIM alumni and have more than a decade of experience in programmatic advertising space building cutting-edge big data tech. The CEO is a serial entrepreneur and his previous company scaled to 600+ customers and 200+ team members across 5 different geographies and went on to raise 3 rounds of institutional funding from top-tier VCs totalling USD 30M+.
We are building a yield analytics & optimization product for digital publishers (mobile & web) which looks at data from all their programmatic demand channels like Google, Facebook, AppNexus, etc. and generates pricing optimization recommendations, unified analytics & automated monitoring/alerting.
