Position – Software Implementation and Support Executive
Experience- 0-5 years
Location – Navi Mumbai- CBD Belapur
Shifts – Rotational

Job Description:-
· Handle software related queries of the existing corporate clients
· Conduct Product / Application online demo/ training for our customers
· Track issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
· Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
· Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
· Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
· Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurately tech solutions
· Ensure all issues are properly logged
· Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
· Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
· Prepare accurate and timely reports
· Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
· Maintain jovial relationships with clients
· Customer satisfaction & retention
· Should have basic knowledge on PHP, asp.net, MySQL, HTML.
Candidate Specifications:-
· BE- Computer/IT, B.Sc.- CS/ IT/ BCA or equivalent degree
· Communicate fluently in English (Both written and verbal)
· Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships
· A desire for a long-term career move
· Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technology
