Job Description

Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
Work Experience Required:
• Software Sales (Mandatory)
• SAAS Sales
• B2B Sales (Mandatory), Experience selling to OEM clients (Preferred)
• Sales of CAD CAM, PLM – Product Lifecycle Management Software (Preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of the technical features and benefits of the software
• Target and engage B2B and OEM clients for sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals
• Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Provide product demonstrations and technical information to potential customers
• Collaborate with the technical team to address client queries and customization needs
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales performance in CRM systems
Preferred Experience:
• Experience with CAD/CAM or PLM software solutions
• Knowledge of industrial automation and related industries
• Proven track record of successfully selling to OEMs and large enterprises
