Job Summary :
- Provide software technical telephone and remote/online support
- Should be able to provide training to clients
- Experience in Crystal Reports/Microsoft Reports would be advantage
- MS office, Accounting and SQL knowledge required
- Good analytical and reporting skills with good communication skills
