We require qualified candidate for the following position: Software Support
Executive
Salary: Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate. Location: Near
Sitra, Coimbatore
Responsibilities and Duties
· communication between software team and end user
· Address technical issues relating to software implementation, function and upgrades.
· Provide Technical Support to all software users.
· Resolve end user complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue.
· Create technical documents and manuals
Key Skills
ERP
Required Experience and Qualifications
MCA, BCA, B.SC and M.SC Computer Science and B.Tech IT. Need good communication
skill
