Job Description
Software Support Executive
• On boarding of the doctors, training of staff and implementation of the solution at the desired clinic of the Doctor.
• Communicate to the Client on the newest products and improved features.
• Resolving issues and queries of the existing doctors of the organization by providing after sales services.
• Provide product support to client via the telephone and/or Internet and personally meet.
• Maintain a log of product issues and conveys customer feedback to product development staff
• Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues
• Communicate with product development department to improve on the current design or to identify possible problems with the design
• Stay abreast of current technology in products, design changes, and new products offered.
• Prospecting potential users from a niche market and demonstrating the product and converting them into for the organization.
