Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Be able to design automation framework ( Appium, Selenium based using Java)
2. Deal with various databases as part of backend validation - SQL, Mongo
3. Work on Software testing tasks as assigned

Skills required:

1. Hands-on experience in Frontend testing of Android, iOS and web products
2. Should have working experience on mocking of backend data to test certain frontend flows
3. Should have the experience to work with Chucker / Charles
4. Should have experience with one Programming Language
5. Good to have JUnit Testing experience
6. Should have authored Test scripts
7. Good to have exposure to events testing (Google Analytics, Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc )
8. Good to have exposure to Performance testing of apps/frontend
9. Backend Testing ( manual and automation)
10. Hands-on testing experience of rest APIs
11. Has an understanding of Backend services/architecture
12. Should be able to design automation framework ( Rest assured using Java)
13. Should have authored Test scripts
14. Good to have the know-how of Performance testing of the backend server
15. Exposure to TestNg, Maven, Jenkins.
16. Conversant with test case design techniques
17. Should have worked on Tools like JIRA for bug life cycle
18. Should have good test case documentation experience
19. Should be able to debug issues and enrich defect data
20. Should be able to RCA defect escape and drive corrective actions
21. Should have mentored junior QA Resources
22. Effective stakeholder management
