Job Title: Solar Design Engineer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Solar Design Engineer who can prepare 2D and 3D layout plans for Ground mounted and rooftop solar power systems, from initial concept and feasibility studies to detailed system design, ensuring the efficiency, safety, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Assessment and Feasibility: Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data.
2. Prepare 2D and 3D layout plans including shadow analysis.
3. Equipment Selection: Select appropriate solar panels, inverters, mounting structures as per site.
4. PV Syst and other software’s for Performance Modeling.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or renewable energy engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope), AutoCAD, and other engineering tools. Strong understanding of electrical systems and principles.
- Communication: Good communication skills for client handling.
- Experience: Mandatory 2 years in any Rooftop Solar Company.
