To Choose size of the solar system.  
Preparing Technical Proposal.  
Interacting with customer. Overseeing installation.  
Liasoning.  
Getting Government approvals.
Commissioning Solar system.
Preparing Reports.

Market development
We are having  5 openings .  One each  in Amalapuram,  Bhimavaram, Vishakapattanam, Vijayawada, Kakinada.  The Solar Sales Executive will be posted at these locations after training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Identify potential leads through various sources, including referrals, online research, networking, and cold calling.

    • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers by generating interest in solar products and services.

    • Qualify leads and determine customer needs to ensure the right solar solutions are offered.

  2. Customer Consultations:

    • Meet with potential customers to discuss their energy needs and explain the benefits of solar energy systems.

    • Conduct site assessments or coordinate with technical teams to analyze the feasibility of solar installation for each client.

    • Customize solar solutions based on the client’s energy consumption, location, and budget.

  3. Product Knowledge and Presentations:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest solar technologies, products, and industry trends to provide clients with accurate information.

    • Present solar solutions, including pricing, benefits, and expected ROI (return on investment), in a clear and compelling manner.

    • Provide clients with comprehensive proposals and contracts, including system design, warranties, financing options, and timelines.

  4. Sales Process Management:

    • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.

    • Assist customers in understanding available financing options, rebates, and incentives related to solar installation.

    • Ensure that customers are satisfied with the proposal, terms, and delivery expectations.

  5. Negotiation and Closing Sales:

    • Handle negotiations with customers to finalize contracts, including terms, pricing, and delivery timelines.

    • Close deals by addressing any concerns and offering additional incentives if necessary to close the sale.

    • Ensure sales targets and quotas are met consistently.

  6. Post-Sale Support:

    • Work closely with the project management and installation teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to installation.

    • Provide ongoing customer support after the sale, answering any questions about the system, maintenance, or performance.

    • Handle any customer issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.

  7. Relationship Building and Networking:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s solar solutions.

    • Collaborate with marketing teams to generate sales leads and increase brand awareness in the local market.

  8. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

    • Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and sales forecasts.

    • Follow up on proposals and leads to ensure timely closure of deals.

  9. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors' products, pricing, and strategies.

    • Use knowledge of market trends to identify new sales opportunities and stay competitive in the industry.
