Key Responsibilities:

Use SolidWorks to design, model, and create detailed 3D CAD models for mechanical components and assemblies.

Develop technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other designers to refine product designs and ensure manufacturability.

Conduct design reviews and revisions based on feedback from cross-functional teams.
-
Ensure designs meet all industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality standards.

Create and maintain a library of reusable components and parts for future designs.

Perform simulations and analysis of models (stress, thermal, motion, etc.) to optimize design performance.

Assist in the creation of prototypes, testing, and modifications to designs based on testing feedback.

Maintain version control and documentation of design changes and revisions.

Provide support to the production and manufacturing teams during the transition from design to production.
